This policy outlines the procedure to be followed when a staff or technical-service position is to be established.
The dean or administrative officer shall provide information about the new position to either the Employment and Compensation Division (for staff jobs), or the Employee Relations Division (for technical-service jobs) of the Office of Human Resources.
