About Us

The Budget and Finance Policy and Procedure Office, part of the Office of Budget and Finance, operates within a shared-services business model to support the University. We provide centralized access to university policies, clear administrative procedures, and related forms. Our goal is to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-quality services that help faculty, staff, and students easily find, understand, and follow the rules that guide University activities. By standardizing processes and resources, we support responsible financial decision making across the University. The Budget and Finance Policy and Procedure Office has established a structured process to regularly review procedures and forms and will continue to make improvements to strengthen and sustain these systems.
