University Guest Presenter Agreement Form

Adobe Sign Electronic Form

The University Guest Presenter Agreement is completed using Adobe Sign. The business unit inviting the guest presenter is responsible for initiating, completing, and sending the electronic form.

Request Access to Adobe Sign

Before using Adobe Sign, the employee must request access.

  1. The employee completes the Penn State e-Signature Request
  2. After completing all required fields, clicks the "Order Now" button

This request only needs to be completed once. After access is granted, the employee may use Adobe Sign for future agreements.

Log in to Adobe Sign

After access has been granted, the employee:

  1. Navigates to Adobe Sign Login page.
  2. Signs in using their University credentials

Fill-and-Print PDF

In the rare circumstance that the guest presenter is unable to receive an email to sign the Guest Presenter Agreement in Adobe Sign, the University Guest Presenter Agreement form may be completed.

Use of Google Chrome Required

NOTE: Google Chrome must be used to access the GURU website and for completing and/or downloading fill-and-print forms. Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge browsers do not support all features required for fill-and-print form functionality. Substitutes for an approved University official form (created using a different browser or scanned copies) will be returned along with the request to use the Chrome version.
